If you are in the UAE returns are FREE. (Only one free collection per order . After that there is a 20aed charge per collection).
If you are not happy with your purchase, we have 7 days FULL refund policy for CARD PAYMENTS ONLY, cash transactions will be refunded in store credit . If you are over the 7 days we have a 14 day CREDIT/EXCHANGE refund policy, anything attempted to be returned
Items eligible for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, as stated on your tracking # information.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed with NO stains of make up.
- Items must have all tags and hygiene sticker (swimwear) attached, including any ANITAS handtags received in the original packaging.
- All Sale items are FINAL.
- Accessories must be in the same condition, as received, unworn and with original packaging
- Card refunds will be returned through the original card used on the transaction. Please allow 7-14 days to for your refund to appear back into your account - once the items have been received back to us.

If international then you must arrange your own return and bear the cost of returning the items unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Process of Exchanges
Let us handle the exchange if you are not satisfied with the size or the color.

Once we have received your returned item(s) and after they are checked we will issue the refund.
If you paid by credit card then the amount will be refunded back onto the same card.
If you paid by cash on delivery then your refund will be issued as a store credit.
We have the right to refuse a refund is we suspect the item has been worn or if it is not in the same condition as it was sent out.
Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive your returned item for your refund to reach your bank account.
