ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY (UAE):
- Items can be exchanged within 14 days after receiving your parcel
- We offer 1 free exchange to UAE customers if you are changing the size/ color/style, for further exchanges the charge of AED 20 per collection will be applicable
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed with NO stains of make up. Earrings and masks cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
- Items must have all tags and hygiene sticker (swimwear) attached, including any ANITAS handtags received in the original packaging
- Accessories must be in the same condition, as received, unworn and with original packaging.
- All Sale items are FINAL

myanitas.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY (UAE):
- We have 10 days FULL refund policy for CARD PAYMENTS ONLY
- Cash On Delivery orders will be refunded in store credit only
- Sale items, face masks & earrings are non returnable
- Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn, tags attached, hygiene sticker (swimwear) still applied. PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused
- Card refunds take up to 7-14 days depending on the issuing bank of credit card to refund amount back to the card used during the transaction. Refunds are processed once the item(s) are received back to us.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY (GCC and INTERNATIONAL):
- If international then you must arrange your own return and bear the cost of returning the items unless the item is faulty or damaged
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if sent without using a tracked courier service.
IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer 14 days exchange or credit refund only
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed with NO stains of make up. Earrings and masks cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons
- If wrong product is sent or if the product sent was a defect, damaged in shipping, item not delivered on time we refund the amount to your bank account you purchased the product from
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Also we can do refund for same day purchases to the same card which was used for transaction
- Can ONLY be refunded/exchanged with a receipt
