Here at ANITAS we love our customers and understand that mistakes can be made.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept eligible exchanges within 3 days after receiving the item, but NO RETURNS. Instead you may exchange your item to any other item from our online store. Thank you for understanding.
Eligible Exchange means:
- Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receipt, as stated on your tracking # information.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any ANITAS handtags received in the original packaging.
- All Sale items are FINAL.
- Accessories must be in the same condition, as received.
- Hygiene stickers must be in place for the bottom part of any swimwear
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Process of Exchanges
Let us handle the exchange if you are not satisfied with the size or the color.

You will receive a Store Credit for the same amount as your initial Merchandise.
