If you feel you have received an imperfect product, please email us (email@example.com) with a copy of your original receipt, date and place of purchase, and picture of the defected product.
All items must be returned to us to consider your claim. We will fix or replace them at no cost if products are deemed defected, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping to us to examine the product. We will ship back it at no charge in the event we agree with your claim.
We do not guarantee the exchange if the item has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents, or chemicals, as well as normal wear and tear. Cut or ripped fabrics are not covered.
Last, we at ANITAS love animals and guarantee no leather or other animal products have been used during the manufacturing process of our environmentally conscious products.
